I think Richard Bern is a little bit of all of us. Hiking is always an adventure, and alot of things happen, both good and bad, and even the bad experiences sometimes turn into funny stories to tell to your friends and family later on. .Richard seems to have the bad things happen to him, but I'm sure his day will come.. :)
